About Me

Hello! I am glad you stopped by!

I am a second year student at the University of Cincinnati studying Interior Design! Go UC!

I started this blog as a way to share my journey with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). I know it is a mouthful but don’t worry I will explain it! I want to be able to share, encourage, answer, spread awareness and do everything I can to guide people who are dealing with this syndrome to healing.

This is a place where I will share inspiration from my interests and daily life!

I have been doing intense blog reading and research on health, diet, nutrition, recipes, exercise and embracing my inner health nut! I will post links to my favorite blogs and resources regarding all things Abbey! I have a passion for design! So anything related to architecture, organization, color, technology, interior design, etc… I am also a lover of music! I play the flute and love anything theatrical! As for music styles a little of this and that! I am sure I have left of some of my interests because there are to many to count! 🙂

Thank you for joining me on this journey!

  1. I am rather interested in an update on how you are feeling after your POTS Treatment Center visit. My daughter and I are planning a trip there in September and I’m just curious how you are doing now? Thanks much.

  2. My partner and I absolutely love your blog and find the majority of your post’s to be what precisely I’m looking for.
Would you offer guest writers to write content in your case?
I wouldn’t mind composing a post or elaborating on some of the subjects you write in relation to here. Again, awesome web site!

    • Thank you for your interest. This is something I may consider. Could you give me an example on which topics you are interested expounding on and send me a mock-up post? I know I have a lot of updating to do!
